News are reaching Tilbaut from the nearby region of Tadsamesh! A daring raider from the Taiga, Tætærqan ve Raydamadag, managed to succesfully sack and conquer the city and its surrounding by storming the keep and beheading the former Mayor of the city, Sir Gararic Eberulfing. Tætærqan is known to be a restless, vengeful, irrational and violent man from the Taiga and, sent on place by the Tsar's Marshall Knyaz Naldera of Curaw, immediatly started to cause havoc in the eastern regions of Swadia. He is leading a large retinue that grows in power every day as nomads from the East join him with the hope to gain loot and glory.
From the recently conquered Tadsamesh he is now enforcing his rule and destroying the nearby swadian holdings to steal riches and women. At the news of the savagery caused by the men of the Taiga the Marshall sent an envoy ordering him to move away from Tadsamesh: the fief was apparently to be given to another nobleman and Tætærqan was supposed to quickly move out and reinforce the main army in Tilbaut to conquer the castle.
Tætærqan's answer was to send back to Curaw the head of the leader of the envoy, to be given directly to the Marshall: he refused to give back Tadsamesh stating that whoever wanted to approach the city without his consent was to be considered an enemy. Knyaz Naldera of Curaw did not wait before declaring the rogue taigan warlord a traitor and therefore an enemy of The Tsar himself. Anarchy and violence were unfolding the poor people of Tadsamesh.
